Who we are
This website is operated by Finsem, part of SBG Trading Ltd, 4 Lombard Street, London EC3V 9AA. You can contact us at team@finsem.com.
What we collect
Enquiries. If you use the contact form or email us, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, company, role, website and message. We use them to reply to you and to discuss possible work. We do not sell them.
Server logs. Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical data such as IP addresses and browser details when pages are requested, in order to deliver the site and keep it secure.
Cookies
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. If we add analytics later, we will update this page and ask for consent where the law requires it.
The map on the contact page loads only if you press the button. When you do, Google may set cookies and process your data under its own policies.
Contact form
Depending on how the form is set up, your message is either sent to our inbox by a form service or opened in your email app so that you can send it yourself. Either way it is used only to respond to your enquiry.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to keep a reasonable record of our dealings with you, and then delete them.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, and object to or restrict some uses of it. Email us to make a request. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
